What should bosk1 listen to now?

I'm undecided.  I think I'll go with Epica at the moment.  But then what?

Bosk should do a song roulette.

bosk1 doesn't know what a roulette is or how they work.

Bosk should do a song roulette.

bosk1 doesn't know what a roulette is or how they work.

Well, you invite like 5-7 people to participate. Those people each send you one song you haven't heard yet per round, and at the end of each round, you rank them, usually by assigning them point values.

This process of receiving submissions from participants and ranking them goes on for as many rounds as you want it to. Some members have done rounds by theme, to give participants a rough guide to submit by. Eventually, there's a winner.

Do I have to sign up on a list and wait my turn like for some other threads?

Yeah, I know I sound woefully ignorant of what's going on on my own forum, but I have paid precisely ZERO attention whatsoever to the roulette threads.

There's a waiting list here, though I'm not sure if that's completely up to date. Since three people go at once, it wouldn't take long to move up the wait list.

Amaranthe.  Female led vocals; male trade-off - both clean and nice growls.  Some very nicely produced YT vids out there.

Bosk should do a song roulette.

This... and unless you wanted to exert your omnipotent rulership, yes... wait your turn.  OP is up to date, so it looks like maybe a couple of months if you did sign up.  Careful though, they can be highly addictive.

Bosk should do a song roulette.

I think bosk is playing the fool and he is the mystery person that will be running the roulette along with Ariich.

@bosk: You should listen to some Vintersorg. Cosmic Genesis is my recommendation.

bant for calling the site owner a fool.

LOL.....

I don't think bosk should do a roulette. Not quite the musical snob nick is.....it probably would lead him to pull his hair out.....and throw it at us......Much like nick did.
Take care everyone - Bet you all didn't even notice I was gone.

Oh, and @ a couple of people who PM'd me about helping run  special roulette:  My apologies for not getting back to you.  As mentioned in this thread, I'm not familiar with how they work, so I was planning on looking into it and getting back to you, and just didn't make the time to go and look into it.  Sorry.  Wasn't trying to blow you off.

How about Affector?  Somewhat Christian (plus in your book, right?), JR and DS have guest spots.  It's a pretty solid release this year.

As far as something I know you have, it is never a bad time to break out Snowfall on Judgement Day, right?

Best album this year featuring Neal Morse and an ex-DT member.
