Sounds awesome!  I so love when DT does major/happy/bright songs but they hardly ever do them, so I guess that makes the ones that they do do (hehe) especially special.  That opening riff is just cool.

I wonder if he'll finally do a studio recording of "Gladiator" (JP/Rudess jam from SFaM era) like he finally did with Lost Without You on Suspended Animation.  That would be super sweet.

Mangini has posted a pic of his G3 kit in his facebook but the picture is tiny.

It's basically a 4 piece kit though - with a couple of octobans thrown in.

One of the smallest set ups i've seen him play.

I've seen another vid of that same song and for about 2 seconds - Mangini plays the hi hat righty style !!  :omg:

He goes back to open handed almost immediately though !  :P

Yeah, I was really curious about the comments on MM's hi hat usage here :D

Cool song, but it seems to me a bit too close to Glasgow Kiss. Maybe I just need to listen to a better sounding recording.

Great track, hope to hear more new songs from this tour!

Holy crap it is the Scotty Doesn't Know riff.

If JP ever figured that out, it would be hilarious to randomly start singing it during the song.
