I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

As far as 'fucked up' goes in the world of no restraint that the internet allows, this is pretty much in the 'negatives' on the endless list of atrocities. Eh, everyone has their soft spots. I go berserk if I see a dog being beaten; others won't bat an eye.

Either way, it's entertaining to see both a tick being killed in such an interesting way and people actually being saddened by it so... good gif. good stuff.  :tup

Also... I'm sure it is alive..but there's no indication that is actually is. Either way. Just to try and make you guys feel better if you're honestly broken up over this. Pathetic attempt....eh!  :lol
