Alright... the tiebreaker format that I was trying to implement is far too meticulous and time consuming to go through with, so I'm using a much simpler tiebreaker format. Those songs with the same winning percentage will be ordered based on how strong their album performed this year. I really don't think that it will put any song in or out of the tournament, so we'll roll with this so that we don't have to hold off the start of the tournament. With that said.....
