Any budding writers here gonna join in for this year's www.nanowrimo.org?

I am planning on finally doing so this year.  Usually I forget until somewhere halfway through November, but not this year.  I have a couple of stories kicking around in the back of my head and I think now is the perfect time to flesh one out.  Not sure which yet, but I have all day tomorrow at work to think about it and then I can get started tomorrow night.

Anyone else ever do this before or going to join in?

I've done it the last two years, but I think I'm going to opt out this time around.  At this point I'm already working on three separate stories, so NaNoWriMo seems a little redundant for me. 

Absolute best of luck to you, though!  It's a fun time, provided you don't let it drive you completely insane.

Managed 1,300 words today.  A decent amount and much more than my usual average, but I still need to kick it up a notch.  But now sleep beckons.

I've been wanting to write a novel for a long time. Long before I ever heard of NaNoWriMo(?). I can tell a story wonderfully. My problem is I seem to have a hard time creating one.

Every year I say I'm going to, and eventually life just takes over. Sad but true.
