Besides Neal Morse....

I haven't posted here in a while but here we go. Besides Neal Morse, what other bands/artists are you into that lean towards progressive rock/pop or metal that has christian content in the lyrics or is a christian artist? A band the comes to mind is Theocracy. Here are some links to some songs:

Not too many besides Neal Morse for me.  This is something I tolerate, not something I generally seek out.


I enjoy Theocracy, but again, for me personally, the lyrical content is something I simply tolerate, not necessarily enjoy.


If you're into that sort of thing and like this poppy-ish prog stuff check out the band Apple Pie.  They only have one album, but it's a great one.  It's called "Crossroad" 


HIGHLY recommended stuff for fans of classic Spock's Beard, Neal Morse solo or Transatlantic.


But a warning to those who don't like the overt Christian lyrics:  This one is pretty overt

I'll have to check them out. 

I bought Theocracy's last record, but it didn't click with me.  Maybe it's time to dust it off and give it another chance.

Theocracy's last one didn't gell with me either.

Here are a couple more.

These guys are pretty agnostic but have lots of "views" in their music.

If you like the Theocracy vocalist...this guy sounds similar on some of the cleans.
