If this was asked and/or answered before I apologize, but do we think that Mike will be doing alternate setlists during PN09?   Last year I went to the Orlando and Tampa show and I think only two songs were the same and they were two new songs at the time.  It was awesome!
Hope is what remains to be seen. Now we must tend our garden.

I think Budapest is the best setlist so far!

Agreed, the best setlist. Misunderstood very good live!

But I think; setlist must contain more than 1 song from 6DOIT..  For the ballad; they should play disapear  instead of playing hollow years.

To add; I really enjoy if they play Losing Time/Grand Finale

Progressive Nation sets are going to be a bit shorter, and they are going to play more BC&SL material, so that will leave not very much space to other unplayed material.

At least I can hope what I want as a setlist in Turkey concert. It's not a leg of ProgNation 09'. My hopes keep alive  :P

For PN, I think we'll get ANTR, AROP, and maybe TCOT from BCSL. That's about 45 minutes, and half of their set. That leaves plenty of room for other songs, like 6:00 or These Walls or whatnot

Pretty good set list.  I really wish they would bring out Anna Lee as their ballad.  If that were in place of Hollow Years, it would be an amazing set.

Seems like they are sticking with the "hits" on the Euro leg and not stepping outside the box much.

I expect the same for PN09, really they only have 3 weeks once they get back, I am sure they want to spend that time with family. Here is what I think PN09 may look like:

A NIGHTMARE TO REMEMBER
BEYOND THIS LIFE
MISUNDERSTOOD
CONSTANT MOTION
HOLLOW YEARS
PANIC ATTACK
WITHER
VOICES
SOLITARY SHELL
A RITE OF PASSAGE
PULL ME UNDER
-----------------------------------------
THE COUNT OF TUSCANY

I definitely think 'Wither', 'Nightmare to Remember', and possibly 'Count of Tuscany' will be added. Remember DT only get 90 mins, Count of Tuscany will only work as an encore. Not sure if I would bring that out yet...

Let's do the math...

A Rite of Passage 8 mins
Wither 6 mins (play time)
A Nightmare to Remember 16 mins
Count of Tuscany 20 mins

Right there that's 50 minutes. Which leaves 40 mins left.

No way to fit the full AA suite in 40 mins, it's 60 mins. The only way to play the full AA suite is to play Rite, Wither, and Nightmare and then the AA suite.

That would exclude everything before 6 degrees...not going to happen.

They need at least 2 hours to play the AA suite. Logic deduces it won't be played on this leg. I could be wrong of course, but PN09 seems more like the 'warm up' tour for BC & SL... I mean only 19 U.S. dates, and skipping major areas of the country...

I really, really would love to see them do 'An Evening With' tour in the spring of 2010. That way we could get an hour set of mixed stuff, the AA suite in the second set, and then a nice 20 min encore... I miss those days! !!!

THE COUNT OF TUSCANY

I'm not sure about some of these. For one, Panic Attack was played at almost every US headlining show last tour, and Mike likes to change up the setlists every tour. Constant Motion is the same way. If anything from SC, it'll most likely be Forsaken. And Beyond This Life was played last PN, if I'm not mistaken.

And to be honest, Wither doesn't sound like a good live song.

But a lot of these I can see them playing (Voices being prominent there)

I imagine Wither would be an amazing live song! The chorus is very anthemic, and you'd get the whole crowd singing along!

Personally I'm expecting/hoping something like this (no order yet) for PN09:

A Nightmare to Remember
As I Am
These Walls
Erotomania
Voices
Hollow Years (extended)
Forsaken
A Rite of Passage
The Count of Tuscany

Of course, These Walls is just blind, hopeful speculation because I love that song, but everything else there I think I can reasonably assume are in the pool of songs for the setlists.

this is my assumption for PN09

A Nightmare to Remember
Caught in a Web
Hollow Years
A Rite of Passage
Wither
Solitary Shell
The Spirit Carries On
The Count of Tuscany
-----
Pull Me Under

And I would be TOTALLY cool with that. especially from the 6th row.

No.

But even if true, it wouldn't matter.  Hollow Years had been played much more recently and much more often than Anna Lee.  I would much rather hear Anna Lee.
