It has nothing to do with the quality of the demo or the finished song. It has to do with giving something new and special to the fans that see them live.

Fully agreed. The demo version is so much more heartfelt. It just has that sort of atmosphere that the studio version couldn't capture well.

I am surprised the set list is so similar to the last years PN.  I assume this is only because they didn't release the new album and they didn't play these songs in Europe last year and that the set list will change a lot when PN comes to the U.S.A.?

i tend to agree with that. it just feels better to me. the pre-chorus in the demo feels like too much tension to me.

Nice. JLB is really singing great this tour. I really hope they do a big DVD this tour to shut up the unbelievers. Shame they skip the high verse.

Hell yeah. His pitch is great, and he's trying for the notes spot on rather than using vibrato, except when it's necessary, and it's not too wide. Sounding the best I've heard him for a long time.
