Ok so if you take your iPhone, and put the half with the speakers in your mouth, Putting your lips around it, yet keeping enough resonance in your mouth, put on some music, crank it, and cover your ears, it sounds pretty cool.

Yeah I'm tired. Long day. Long week actually. Plus I may be striking next week. So yeah.

My very first teaching gig after getting my Bachelor's was in a school district that went on strike after I'd worked for two days. Same deal. School had started but the vote was to strike the following Monday. I was happy just to have a job, but the folks who'd been there for years swore we were getting screwed and the vote to strike was nearly unanimous. After three weeks of striking (and not being paid of course), the union accepted an offer for less than what was originally rejected. Management had broken the strike and given the union a kick in the ass as well.

I hope for Splent's sake that that doesn't happen here.
