Biweekly Beersnobs Club v. Sign-up

[Perpetual Change]

So here's the idea: a beer-drinking club right here at DTF, which operates similarly to the bootleg of the month thread. Once every two weeks, a different member will suggest a beer that the rest of the club must attempt to purchase, drink, and finally discuss here.

I'll start by taking sign-ups this week. Also, we can discuss other suggestions (like, whether people want a price cap). Then, depending on how things go, I'll try to write-up a schedule through the holidays. So it'll be like this (I'm going week three, someone else can kick it off!):
