Its not a tribute band. Its a tribute album from Cleopatra Records (I think they were the ones that did the "The Wall" tribute) and there are different musicians on every track. Billy Sherwood is the only one that's on all the songs. I only know this because I'm friends with Sherwood on Facebook. He's doing a ton of these for various bands and he organized the original project The Prog Collective (which supposedly sucks).

Its a cool cover but I'd still rather listen to the original.

Not bad at all.  I like Supertramp so I'd like ot hear the other tracks.

On topic though, this would be a great group to do some original stuff.
