Finally, another one of these I can vote in. I like Brave, but it took me a long time to get into it, and even now I still find it hard to listen to unless I am in the right mood for the whole album. It's got a few good tracks, and some other good ones, but as a whole, it's got a lot of ups and downs that, unless I'm in the mood for middle-era Marillion, it's a bit hard for me to focus on.
For FOABP, I can just put it on and get through it all easily - and I'm talking about the LP/Vinyl track list, too, which includes the Nil Recurring tracks, completing the conceptual feel more (for me, at least).
FOABP stands as one of my favorite PT albums, and as one of my favorite albums of the last decade, period, so it definitely wins over Brave for me.
