^THAT would make for a harrowing couple days until dehydration killed you since the body can live without food longer than without water. Anxiety could speed up the process with a heart attack but from a suffering standpoint it's anyone's guess as to which is more terrifying, a slow death due to deprivation of basic sustenance or being panicked enough to die of a heart attack since the moments leading up to the heart attack may feel like an eternity in your weakened perspective of your surroundings and condition.
What if you were hooked up to an IV that gave you adequate water and nutrition?

"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A.
