fan club CD/DVDs - additions to list?

Referring to the DTF discography found here:

There are are least two items missing (and maybe more?) from the list of Fan Club CDs and DVDs. The two most recent, apparently, so probably just a case of lack of manpower to actually update the list.

I found a copy of this and its pretty cool, it contains the one and only time they played Repentance live, a crackling performance of Voices with Labrie sounding (to my ears) about as good as pre-injury, and a wicked cool encore medley I haven't heard anywhere else either.

Apparently this was a product of Voices UK, not the International FC, although I'd suggest it still merits inclusion on the DTF list.

Raises several questions:

1) Anyone have this Road to Wembley DVD and is it worth tracking down? It seems to barely exist...
2) Did Voices UK (or any other fan clubs) do any other exclusive releases?
3) What is best way if any, to update the DTF listing? Would be nice to have this resource as current as possible...
