The perfect way to include TCOT in the set....
« on: July 22, 2012, 06:24:24 PM »
Since they've been closing the set with Breaking All Illusions, listen to the last note that fades....perfect spot to go into the volume swell part or even have JP just start strumming the acoustic part and do the last part of Tuscany. Close the set like that, then come out for the encore. Since the song is so long and would take a huge chunk out of the set time, I think this would be a perfect way to include it in the set without taking up much time at all. Thoughts?

Since DT said there will be no TCOT in the upcoming setlist or DVD setlist I don't see the point to discuss. Plus, we have many better songs to fill  its place.

JP'd said to SetlistScotty, a member of DTF and the reason is: TCOT is "too" long.

Play the intro and move on before the brilliantly bone-chilling lyrics begin.  Sounds perfect.  I wouldn't want to shit myself in fear while watching the DVD for the first time after getting lost in the moment and forgetting if the count eats John or just shows off his Fiat.

I'd much rather TCOT thanks.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.
