I'm sure many of you, like me, have a deep connection with music; as that is what initially brought the majority of us here. This video is really cool and shows what music can mean to people. It's heart-warming and it really speaks to how much music means to me personally.

I think someone posted that here before, but that's okay, it's a great video.  When I'm so old that I can barely put two thoughts together, I know that music will be the one thing that'll bring me back.

I wonder what kind of music i will listen to when iīm in that age? Let me say this: When i was 13-14 i honestly didnīt think i would still listen to metal when i grew older! I donīt know why, it just didnīt feel appropriate to do that! Hear i am, 30 yrs old and listen to metal like never before! Of course i listen to all kinds of music but my focus is metal and has been since i was in that age.

So unless something dramatic happens.....i will be bangin to Aces High when iīm 85 for sure!

Not like Awakenings (from what I remember of that movie, haven't seen it in a while..). But that was beautiful, thanks for sharing. Never seen it before and that had me tearing up. The power of our emotion will forever overwhelm us...and there is nothing we can do about it; but there is something very extraordinary about that fact, for better or worse. In this case, for the better. Verily. Music...equally extraordinary.

sometimes people, especially family members come to me and ask for some new tunes... I always put some effort to understand their taste and make some recommendations... but after seeing this video... I think I will invest even more time in to find them their 'gems'....

damn man.. this is how powerful music is.. and we're a very lucky (or shall I say smart) bunch to be able to appreciate it....
