Tough indeed.  I'm not sure if we're supposed to take it into account, but both the title track and Dodo/Lurker reached new dimensions of awesomeness when played live, so I have to give them the edge.  I'm glad "Me and Sarah Jane" lasted long enough to place a respectable third (or higher I suppose, as the voting isn't done yet) because I like that song a lot, plus I used to have a massive crush on a girl named Sarah Jane.
