Something I need to be in the right mood for but they're pretty fantastic when I am.  The only two albums I've heard from them are Geodaddi and Music has the Right to Children. Any other good ones?
Cole: "Ow I just got hit in the balls"
Me: "How?"
Cole: "Well you know when you try to scratch your balls, and you scratch too hard?
I'll admit sometimes I want to listen to Dragonforce.

They are one of my alltime favourite groups. I cannot describe my love for them.

Also, I would recommend checking out their EPs. Especially In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country. The Campfire Headphase is a bit more of an acquired taste. But it's pretty great I find.

You guys wanna link one of their better songs, or at least give me a suggestion for starting place?

Music Has the Right to Children, Geogaddi, and the In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country EP. The Campfire Headphase is pretty widely regarded as their weakest studio album, still great though. :)

Just got into these guys. I've only heard "The Campfire Headphase" and I'm loving it. Any recommendations on where I should go from that album?

That is usually regarded as their weakest studio album, so you should love the rest. I'd go with Music Has the Right to Children next. :)

I guess I'm in the minority, because I think TCH is actually their best. The addition of guitars really does wonders.

The Campfire Headphase has some sort of odd dreamy atmosphere to it which is really unique and I cant find in ANY other album. and I absolutely love it
btw, SATellite ANthem ICarus. quite interesting hidden message.

Aniway, Music Has The Right To Children, Geogaddi and The Campfire Headphase are all classic albums imo.

So, since that record they left a series of hints leading to a Youtube video of another number set and played another one just now on a BBC Radio 1 broadcast. They are really going all out and hyping this.

Oh god they really outdid themselves this time:

Quote
THE NEXT NUMBER!
I figured I'd put the edit up here.
It started when twoism.org had a new banner put on their sight that contained a spectrum from the csch video. A gentleman by the name of Royce, on the BOCPages facebook, downloaded the banner, that happened to be a gif, and looked for readable strings in the UNIX code. He found two links to private audio clips on Boards of Canada's soundcloud page. AAAA and BBBB. When played seperately, these clips primarily sounded like static. But when played together, they sounded like this. In the IRC mvj looked into the id3 tags and took a screencap .
I believe this is where we stand. If anyone else knows more, please post it!
Another edit. When taking apart the banner, this was also found.

It appears the album is called Cosecha. Makes sense that the one vid was called csch, among many other hints found thus far.

Still not sure what to preorder. The Vinyl feels given, both CD and T-Shirt would be cool, but I really don't want to spend 60-70 dollars on one order, when I have other things coming up as well.

The album is going to be nuclear war themed.
The original name BOC wanted to name the album was "New Clear Dawn", that can be read also as "Nuclear Dawn". as you can see at the album cover, you can see something that resembles a dawn, but.... its probably the explosion of an atom bomb.
At the end they changed the name to Tomorrow's Harvest though -.-

Both the Old Tunes leaks are legit. A Hexagon Sun member acknowledged them at one point. I have them both on my computer. Nowhere near as good as the released stuff, but a few gems. Namely 5.9.78. Also, Old Tunes Vol 1 and A Few Old Tunes are the same thing.

What wiki has as Old Tunes Vol. 1 is usually referred to as "Random 35 Track Tape". I have that on my computer as well. Everywhere I know of says Old Tunes Vol. 1 is actually A Few Old Tunes, heh.

And yeah don't get me wrong, it's still great. Not as good as the rest by BoC standards is still pretty amazing. :D

bocpages article for the tape if curious.
