Not really super surprised about Hanson. Like I said, I remember that mmmmBop song, and they did have good vocal ability. I'm willing to bet when they first broke in to the business, they just fell into that NKOTB vibe, and got caught up in it with shitty pop writers. Now, not sure I'd go out looking for their stuff now, but it wasn't entirely un-enjoyable.

Awesome, I'm glad you liked it. Though R&B/Hip Hop is OUT of the question for me, this song has just always been able to make me feel good and upbeat. I'm not sure it's possible to hear this song and not feel even a little bit happy because of it.

After one listen, very appealing - everything sounds like it has quality replay value. So far, the most even round yet. The margin of difference between everyone is negligible. Going to be very difficult to rank I believe.

My son (9) has alergies this year, just his eyes, they're driving him nuts. So wife and I go get him some drops. He pulls a minor freak out about it hurting, stining burning etc etc.

"BUT DAD...it's gonna hurt...did did you get the non-stingy stuff....DID YOU ??"

(several more frantic minutes of this shit while I'm trying to get him to hold still)

Long and the short of it........he freaked out, thought he was bleeding...I mean FREAKED FULL TANTRUM HYSTERICS....finally get him calmed down..he won't let us go near it (he was 5 at the time) finally....finally....I get a close look at this thing...(which he thinks is covered in blood..causing him agony)..............and I pull off a about 3 inches of red lint. The look on his face.......instant flood of relief...but awash in embarassment.

I'm giggling now..just typing that.
