Hollah! And a salute to you, sir, for studying 5 minutes walk from where I do :metal

You, me and Global should meet up at one point.

We have wanted to know ever since BC&SL came out what someone would think of The Shattered Fortress if they hadn't yet heard the other parts of the suite.
Wrong thread but I hadn't listened to any other 12 step track before The Shattered Fortress. When I first listened to BC&SL, The Shattered Fortress was my 2nd favourite after The Best of Times. I liked the intro (especially keyboards), the intro solo (by the way, is that solo connected to This Dying Soul) and basically the first part of the song. I didn't like the latter part (aside from the JP solo and what I now know as the Root of All Evil reprise). Afterwards I listened to TROAE, TDS, Glass Prison and Repentance in THAT order. I can now understand why The Shattered Fortress is so good, it's good because the band took the best parts of the previous songs, changed them up, added a new intro and ending.

That's definitely a good use of your time. When you can fly, you can go to town every day in 5 min and get a job.

Nah, not that many people are interested in hiring people of my skill caliber.
And speaking of flying people, did you know that Adrian Pasdar has been written out of Heroes for good? There goes the most interesting character of the show...

That actually sucks though. I think I've just about given up Heroes.

I was going to watch the first episode, but it was boring as hell and I got kicked out of the TV room by 20 girls who wanted to watch Gossip Girl.
Never get between girls and their fantasy life programing. It's a bad scene.
Since then, I haven't really kept up.

Oh alright.
When you said "You read me" I thought you meant you worked at IGN and wrote that article, and that you were shocked I read it or something.
That seems to not be the case.

Hello guys. I'm new here. Well, maybe not exactly. I've been here for quite a while but never post much. I just lurk in the shadows. I like a lot of rock, metal, progressive, and some classical music. I've been playing guitar (self taught) for about 3 years now. I think I'll go back into hiding now. *runs*

Hey guys. I'm a regular over at the Queensryche forum with Bosk, and have been visiting here a lot lately, being in full DT mode.
I have finally gotten the itch to start throwing down my own .02 on certain topics. I also find your inside joke humor to be side-splitting, so I'm looking forward to interacting with you guys.
