I joined DTF about a year ago, mostly lurking and posting pretty much never haha, but I wanna start posting more 'cause you all seem like such a nice bunch of people!

Anyways, a little bit about myself: I'm 17, living in Canada, an aspiring musician/percussionist and a huge gamer. I'm fairly new to DT compared to most of you, I've only been listening since 2005, but they were the first band I ever absolutely loved.

Just thought I'd come and post in this thread to give a bit of a formal "hello" to everyone. So...hi!

Just kidding guys. My name really is Diego, but I can actually speak English. I've been a DT fan now for some 7 years and I play bass. They're pretty much my favorite band, although my music taste is, I say at the risk of sounding like a douche, quite eclectic. I'm originally from Monterrey, Mexico, but I've lived and studied in some parts of the US (Phoenix and Miami). For the past few gets I've been living in both the US and with my family in Monterrey and in The Monster, as we Mexicans not-so-endearingly refer to our most massive culsterfuck of a metropolis, Mexico City. I'm currently studying international law with a further focus on economy and philosophy. I've been visiting this site for a while now without an account, so I'm mostly familiar. Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Seems like a cool DT community.

The emotes? Whenever I see one, I copy it and paste it into my Google Search. If it is a forum one, then the code for it shows up there, which I then add to my text file of DTF emotes. Easy as pie.
