So who else is going to this show?  And when the hell is it gonna be listed?  It seems like most (if not all) of the shows have been listed already on Ticketmaster/Live Nation, but not this one.  Curious as to how much the tickets will be compared to the Long Island shows.

Just called PNC ...the date is slotted but not confirmed with the promoter....Ticket scalping sites have VIP tickets (PNC sells seats for the entire season for all concerts in advance, these are VIP not to be confused with VIP tickets a band may offer) going for between $300 and $700 depending on the seat location

I'm going to be pretty pissed off if they do not play there as I didn't get tickets to the Long Island shows b/c I planned on going to PNC.  I wish bands would get everything figured out before tickets for any of the shows go on sale.

Yea ive been searching every day for this to be listed.  Holmdel is my home town and since its a saturday night, it makes a ton of sense for me to go to this show.  I hope there arent issues with it.  I will say I hate seeing DT here sinces its a big amphitheater and I would rather them play at like the Beacon THeater or something, but given that this is the show I can see easily, it better go on sale.  Also I may be interested in the meet and greet package if they offer it for this concert.

The Boston show isn't listed yet, either!

Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Damm, these tickets are expensive (for the best ones anyway). I'll still be going but instead of 2 shows, I'll only be doing the PNC now (will have to sit out the Chester, PA  show). :tdwn

PNC  $116 with service charges what the fuck are they smoking?

I haven't missed a tour in years but I just can't pay these prices anymore  I'll wait till they offer the 4 pack on the lawn for $100  last time I did this they didn't come close to selling the place out and all lawn ticket holders were upgraded to seats ended up in the 200 section for no additional fee

It still makes NO SENSE to me that they are even playing there. They will draw, what, three thousand...maybe four? It's crazy!

They had mud issues last time, but yeah, I'm kinda hoping for the same thing.

It was the day after Ozzfest last time and the lawn was torn up pretty bad, but I have been attending shows at the PNC for years little perk that not many are aware of , day of the show if you go to the box office window they will upgrade lawn seats to a seated section for a small fee usually $5-10, they would much rather have the amphitheater filled than have a band playing to 2000 seated fans and a full lawn

I've been a fan since 1993 and since then I have not missed a single tour in which DT has headlined.  That said, I absolutely refuse to pay that price to see them.  I love DT but I'm sorry their show IS NOT worth $120 (after they tack on even additional fees).  Maybe back in the days when they would play 3+ hour shows, but now when they are playing 2 hour shows and not even changing up the setlist that is absolutely ridiculous.  Sorry but I think I'm going to have to pass on them this tour and that is something that I never thought I'd say.

If the PNC was "smart" they wouldn't even sell lawn seats for this show. There's no reason that the 100-200 section shouldn't be $69, while the 300 section $49 and the 400 section $39. They'd get so many more people to go. Instead, they inflate the prices and piss off the people who want to go and sit good. Well, I've decided to just go for the 300 section (should be about $30-$40 cheaper in total - have to get 3 tickets) for the PNC show, and then try and get a single great seat for the Chester, Pa show (top price is "only" $69).

I don't see a meet and greet package listed for this show. Does anyone know if there is plans for one. That very much effects my decision. I am only paying the 116 price if i can land top notch seats.

I'm beyond pissed off at these prices.  I was looking forward to seeing them there figuring with them playing a venue that size it would be easy to get real good seats and I assumed they would be reasonably priced so that they could sell a lot of tickets.  At that price, they are not going to sell well at all.

I was just thinking... when they played asbury park a couple years ago, that place was empty and that was for prognątion. This concert may be the empties I've ever been too and it's going to make me depressed just like asbury park did.

We'll see at 10:00 today. I'm not paying $116 to see a "Portnoy-less" Dream Theater. I'll see what the next price level will get me (probably 300's, but maybe back rows of first section). I love Mangini, and he does a great job, but without the ever changing set lists and without MP (in my estimation, the greatest "live" drummer in the business), I just can't see paying top dollar.

I can understand not paying the high price, but I think you aren't giving any credit to how good MM is live. I was very impressed by him at the NYC show.

Saw them 3 times on the first leg and yes, MM is VERY GOOD! He's just not MP!

BTW, got section 103 Row S for the PNC show. Total of $94.40 per ticket.

So they are offering the VIP packages for this show, but ny buddy who wanted to do the meet and greet with new is likely unable to make it to this show now. Now ill likely just get a lawn ticket for myself.

Nope ...doesn't look like they offering lawns seats this time around, considering the seated area is 7000 seats which they will never come close to filling, they are not offering lawn

If you look at the Live Nation availability chart, there's much more seats available than seats sold. This may be embarrassing!

They should have just booked the show at the Paramount theater again. I got a feeling if they keep drawing this poorly in NJ they may start to skip us on future tours figuring we could always make the trek to NYC

Is it completely up to the venue when they set the prices, or does the band get some say in it? Years ago, I heard that Garth Brooks made sure his tickets were $20 so that everyone got to see him.
