I am sure we could all name tons, but I am thinking more along the lines of bass lines that are almost the main instrument in the song, as opposed to a great bass line that is kind of buried behind great playing by all of the other instruments.

First ones that I thought of were:

Yes - Roundabout
Rush - The Enemy Within
The Who - The Real Me
Radiohead - The National Anthem
Muse - Hysteria
LTE - Osmosis
King Crimson - The Power to Believe

Rush - Turn The Page (or Marathon)
Queen - Another one Bites The Dust.

Ouch, cannot believe I forgot about Another Bites the Dust!

Reingold has a ton of good ones.  The end of I Am the Sun Part 2 is awesome, as is The Truth Will Set You Free and Karmakanic's Do You Tango?

Even though it's super simple, the bass line in OSI's Sure You Will has always got my blood flowin. It just chugs along all groovy-like.

Hatesong is pretty good.
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. Well, since I'm listening to it at the moment, "Handy" by Wishbone Ash has a pretty prominent and cool bass-line.

Porcupine Tree - Last Chance to Evacuate Planet Earth Before it is Recycled

There's no bass in the first half but what it lacks there it more than makers up for in the second half of the song.

Me: "How?"

I'll admit sometimes I want to listen to Dragonforce.

A lot of early Genesis has brilliant bass, especially Firth Of Fifth, The Knife, Time Table, Blood On The Rooftops.

Other things include Larks' Tongues In Aspic (pt. I), Asbury Park (both King Crimson), Remainder The Black Dog, Roundabout, Winter Wine (Caravan) and Ace Of Wands (Steve Hackett).

Oh, and probably a hell of a lot more too.
This is as exciting as superluminal neutrinos. The sexy thing is that this actually exists :D

What other songs from Sixteen Stone or Razorblade Suitcase feature decent stuff from him? All I remember him for is playing mirrored guitar riffs during verses where the guitars sit out like in Everything Zen and Little Things before they come back in the chorus either playing the same riff from the verse or something pretty damn similar. I'm always interested in going back to find stuff I missed on older albums I still like.

Radiohead-Nude

Ah, great call!  I forgot about that one.  I remember reading that they had the song mostly written, but were still looking for that one thing to put it over the top, when the bass line was introduced, and it was then they knew that the song was complete. :tup :tup
