What I mean by that is:
If your listening to an album, especially one that takes up most of a CD (up to 80 minutes), so you pause the music somewhere half way? For example, if you're listening to A Dramatic Turn Of Events, you pause it after This Is The Life for about a minute.
I don't do this regularly, but sometimes, especially for long albums, if I remember to do so, I'll pause it when I feel a half way point has been reached.
3 good reasons to do this are: 1 - you get an idea of what the album would be like if released in the 70s on vinyl (if it was, then there you go). 2 - you get to give your ears a break, which helps keep the music, for the second half of an album, fresh. 3 - bathroom breaks
Does anyone else do this?
