I can't figure out why my posts aren't showing up there. Just checking to see if perhaps I can't see it, but others can. I get the emails giving me the links for the posts, but they don't appear to be searchable for me.

In a search for "Swanzey", neither of the strings of text that you offered above show up.  I also moused over the links that did come up, to compare them with your above links.  They're not there.  Perhaps it takes a while for them to show up?  I never put anything on CL, so I don't know.

I posted one last night. It's supposed to take 15 minutes for them to show up. I posted the other this morning. This is extremely frustrating as there's no way to get help from Craigslist for why these aren't searchable. The posts exist, they just aren't searchable for some weird reason.

I tried a few different searches and I couldn't find it listed.

Can't find them either.  Weird.  I've never had any problem getting anything posted on there and I use it all the time.

I was reading on some other forums that sometimes they'll flag a particular email address or IP and basically put their ads into some sort of purgatory for reasons unknown. I used a different email address and computer and it worked fine. Not sure what I did to piss them off.
