Any fans?  It's described as art rock or glam rock; they can be described as proto-New Wave as well.  The early albums are very good.

I listened to one album when I was flying to Chicago last year. It was Ok. This is one of the bands that has been in my "should listen to" list but I keep finding more interesting stuff to check

I'd say that's a fairly good description...more art than glam I think. I like most of the Bryan Ferry solo stuff I've heard too.
