8vm moving to the top, and I'm done.

Suggestion on how we speed this up.  For the bottom of the list where songs haven't moved in two consecutive rounds, take them off the list.  That's their permanent position.  EG, Another Won hasn't moved in forever.  Take that (and everything above it up to the point a song has moved) off.  So, in this respect, Count of Tuscany was the lowest ranked song to move last round... so everything below Trial of Tears is done.  That is their permanent position.

I know it's not perfect (ie, TCOT could keep dropping), but 37 rounds into this, a handful of songs are only leap frogging one another depending on who is actually coming in to vote.

I don't want to remove songs because having them there is a 'proof' of the top ten.  Next time I will probably just add semifinal rounds, but the finals have ended in the past, and they will end this year.  Heck, if the round ended right now the game would be done.
