Job Fair Question (teachers, help)

Hey all,
I'm going to a job fair next weekend and I want to stand out.  I'm going all out on this thing.  I have a two page resume, which I am going to get really nice covers for (or something)...

Anyways, should I include a basic cover letter with my resume, or just turn in my resume when they do the little sit down 5 minute interview?  Please let me know, I'm going to office max this weekend.
