3, 4 and 5 are spot on. If it wern't for the legal system allowing people to sue over some of the most silly shit imaginable then I'd agree with the one about the mp3 players ect...The reason I say that is that I could see some idiot bopping down the sidewalk and walking into traffic without paying attention to his/her surroundings and then suing the driver that hit him.
I still can't believe that Kinder Eggs are banned in America.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Here's my list of the 5 dumbest product bans of 2011. Do you agree?
I have to go yo a place in MA that doesn't give me medium rare.rumborak
I wouldn't ban any of those things.
I'd be standing somewhere with dignity, respect, and bitches.

Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.
I can only understand two of these even being legitimate issues (the meat one and maybe the cell phone one), and even then I don't think they warrant a ban.Although I'm not gonna lie, I'd love a ban on baggy pants.

Why isn't the Four Loko ban in that? or was that 2010?

I can see you smuggling a few pounds for a month or maybe two, but after that you should be looking for a quality roaster here, anyways. If I smuggled anything out of Germany it would be some of the older Asbach Uralt varieties. Annoying they only sell their youngest one, here.
