Thank you guys! I was watching the interview again, and remembering the show I watched in February of 2020, on the cusp of everything shutting down. I considered waiting for Eric to get a picture after the show, but February in Toronto is no joke - it was WAY too cold, and I gave up. Back then, interviewing someone of his stature seemed like a very distant dream...and now here we are!

Great interview! Eric really comes across as almost bashful in every interview I’ve seen him in. He’s so chill.
Is all that we see or seem, but a dream within a dream?

He is! And I'm honored that he shared the interview, even though I know it's his PR, not himself. Not all artists do that, so it's quite reassuring when it happens.

Just now picking up The Book of Making (still need to order the other one). My Faith In You is a new contender for favorite EJ solo. That was amazing.

It's amazing to see someone as skilled as Eric be so humble. It's comes across as genuine, too, not a facade. He's got the two things every guitarist strives for, but few achieve - distinct tone and distinct style. He's always struck me as someone who's been in the game all the years for no other reason than a pure love for what he does.

That's one of the reasons I love the guy. It really shows in his playing.
