"Something something, god it's Sunday DO HAAAAAAIR" and "they took pictures of our cracks... That you want me tuna sea crap...  WHAAALE!"  Are still my favorites :lol

I thought it was God, It's Sunday. tomorrow's Monday, Do Hair :P :P

RMGadelha

That's funny too :lol.  The one I've quoted is from the YouTube video.

I dont know if this one has been mentioned yet:
"He fell into an emo way, she had to let him down" - Beyond this Life

I have always heard it this way! It was a long time before I read the lyrics.

Marion Crane

 Just Let Me Breathe

Let's not forget my legacy
All my heroes have failed me
Now they're dead and buried, yeah

I thought was:

Let's not forget my lawyer said
No more hell to beg me
No more dirty memories, yeah

aprilethereal

Although I've listened to Octavarium about ten billion times already, I still can't remember the Intervals lyrics. Just heard this:

Innocent victims of merciless crimes
Fall greatest of madmen's of poster designs

Instead of

Innocent victims of merciless crimes
Fall prey to some madmen's impulsive designs

That's seriously weird to say the least :lol

Jaffa

I for one would be interested in seeing some madmen's poster designs.

Benedettosoxfan

First line of the second verse of The Enemy Inside:
"I sever myself from the world, I shut down Houdini."
It's the only thing I've ever heard and I still don't know what the real lyrics are.

BlackInk

Haha yes, because fuck Houdini.

mikemangioy

From ACOS:

In my den of inequiety,
Fishes fly inside dream.

...DAFUQ IS WRONG WITH ME?!

The Stray Seed

Someone should start a thread about AFTR and name it "The poll of the moon on the tide"

Outcrier

Metropolis:

"Before my lips have fallen"

m0hawk

Medicate:

"A higher dose of Jesus Christ!"

rather than

"A higher dosage he prescribes!"

LISTEN TO IT AND TELL ME I'M AN IDIOT  >:(

?

I remember I always heard it as "A higher dose of cheap prescribes" - it's not even grammatically correct and I have no idea why I heard it that way :lol

GalacticGuitarist87

The Face I See EverUrine I Try To Speak, Staring At Me cryin

aprilethereal

Not sure about the urine thing, but I I keep singing "every time I try to speak" when I listen to the song.

Yeah, i always hear "Jesus Christ" instead of "he prescribes" if not paying total attention to the song :rollin

Gianfrix

From the latest album, in the chorus from "The Bigger Picture": "Sh*t your light on me"

Oh, hey, first post here :)

Welcome to the forums, but I seriously can't imagine how you could hear that :lol

Lucien

I've seen it in comments. Personally, I never heard it, but you never know.

Dunno, i hear the "d" in "shed" like a "t", and the "e" like an "i" or an "a" :lol
It's easier when english is not your native language

?

Along for the Ride:

Actual: "The pull of the moon on the tide"

Misheard: "The pull of balloon all the time"

BlackInk

The Bigger Picture:

I am carried by the cunt
On a slow and steady course

Lucien

These suffocating mammaries are etched upon my mind

It's funny because it works  ;D

BarH2106

First Post!

From The Bigger Picture: "Another shitbreak's washed ashore"

Behind The Veil, this has somehow been looping in my head...

"Bake me, wake me, bring me home tonight"

And from The Looking Glass:

How it really went:

You live without shame
You're digging up a gold mine
Standing on the sidelines
Watching through the looking glass

How I think it went:

You live without shame
You're digging up a coma
Standing on the sidelines
Watching through the looking glass

Riitasointi

This has probably been mentioned before but in Bridges In The Sky I always hear "Son, cumshot my way" instead of "Sun, come shine my way"

Now I'll never unhear that  :'( :'( :'( :'(

BlackInk

Haha yeah that's one of the best (or worst).

?

Now I can't unhear "digging up a coal mine" in The Looking Glass :lol

Yeah, it's a classic :D I also hear the following line as "May killing water's bear eat all my pain" and someone else has mentioned hearing "The pizza meat that died" at the end of the chorus.

I was singing that before I had access to the lyrics so same here, it'll always be a coal mine to me.

Marion Crane

With fresh and butter threatened, what are you willing to kill for?

GasparXR

I keep hearing "Consider this question" as "Is it a discretion?" :rollin
