I never thought A Christmas Story was all that great. Flame away.

It's a Wonderful Life isn't any more of a Christmas movie than Die Hard or Home Alone is, but since it is forever associated with Christmas, it is #1; everything else is fighting for the #2 spot.

I don't know, it seems wrong to include a movie I've never actually bothered to watch though.....

Hard to say, there are some "pure" Christmas-movies that I enjoy, but one of the main problems for me is that American movies tend to get a bit cheesy, especially if they are Christmas-related.
Everything ends in a sugar-sweet way, and it's usually over exaggerated like hell, normally.  :lol
Anyhow, some movies that I tend to watch around Christmas because they have that "feel":

Jingle All the Way (with Arnold) - Sure it get's over exaggerated/unrealistic near the end, but everything up until then is just hilarious. Classic Arnold!

Die Hard - Another movie I just HAVE to see around Christmas, they normally tend to show the second movie on TV around Christmas as well, if I don't remember it wrong that one takes place under snowy conditions as well (was a while since I saw it), so the follow-up works as well.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - I just love these movies with Chevy Chase, the comedy itself might be very simple, but I can just laugh by seeing his facial expression when he does something lol-worthy.  :lol

My country doesn't have Netflix, and I don't have the internet speed to stream a movie.

I need to see Die Hard, I didn't know it was Christmas-themed. I thought it was an action movie (or does it take place around Christmas HEY I SHOULD GOOGLE IT)

Home Alone, of course, not really keen on what movies.

Also, the name Santa's Slay made me lol IRL Blob

Scrooged was a good one too, good deal of funny with an ending that goes right to the heartstrings.

I just can never say enough about how brilliant Christmas Story is.  The scene where Ralphie beats the crap out of Scott Farkus, and the only thing that can bring him out of his blind rage is his mother's face, goes right to the core.  Then when his mom saves his ass from his dad beating it over said fight, it describes the unbreakable bond a lot of us men have with our mothers.
