I feel like I have to add the roux every time to get it to thicken since it's pretty soupy without it. I dunno how you got it to thicken so well in the photos with all of the original ingredients unless I'm just not cooking it right.

Here's what I made at home last night.

Chicken breast in Piri Piri sauce.
Leaf Salad & Sweetcorn
2 x Mini Naan Breads.

So f-ing delicious and an actual piece of P to make. :)
