I've never checked out Jelly Jam, I like the little 45 second clip on the website. Is that indicative of what their sound is like?

Not really - they have the most unrepresentative singles in history. They are way more beatlesque/melodic than the clips, and also verge on DT type proginess at times - especially Rod Morgenstein. They also have a fairly strong 70's Jam Band vibe going on most of the time. I always hate the pre-release songs because they're so bland in comparison to the rest of the album. Same thing with Platypus. If you like King's X you'd definitely like them.

Well, this was random. I had given up on it ever being released. Hope there's more songs like Not Today on this one. I fucking love that song.
Orion....that's the one with a bunch of power chords and boringly harsh vocals, isn't it?
LOOK AT THIS AWESOME SHIT AHHHHHH

I had forgotten all about this album until yesterday.  Does anyone have it?  I'm about to order.

I have it, but forgot about it with the ton of music that came out this year. Thanks for the reminder. I'll put it on now.
