When they said "add-on" I thought they meant like a patch almost, the way mounted combat was. If this is paid DLC I'll probably hold off for a while. I'm not so eager to play The Sims: Dragonborn yet.

Also I'd like more options of children, not just Nords.

This is shit. I never buy games when they come out. I paid full price for this game under the assumption I was going to get DLC eventually. Not only may I not get DLC, but I got an incredibly buggy game with poor support from the creators from the get go. This is the last Bethesda game I buy.

I've learned that for the next gen consoles, I'm going to go with x-box.... I can't believe unjust said that. Other than Little Big Planet and Gran Turismo 5, the PS3 has really failed to deliver.

With all the very public problems the PS3 has had with New Vegas and now Skyrim I very much doubt the architecture for the PS4 will split the RAM as the PS3 does.

As a gaming system, I completely agree. As a BluRay player... I'm sure we could've gotten something a bit less spendy but it's worked quite well for as long as we've had it.

So, my PC character is currently Level 25 - Archery in the high 60s, Lockpicking in the mid 60s, and Sneak in the mid 80s.

I've been playing the game hardcore for the last few weeks. In level 31 and only half way through the main story and I feel like the game is getting pretty repetitive. I'm still enjoying it but not as much as I used to. I wish I had more skills points.

The trailer appears to out the DLC's antagonist; the first Dragonborn from ages past who ruled over the island of Solstheim, which lies to the North East of Skyrim. It looks like that's where the DLC will be set, marking the second time the island has appeared in an Elder Scrolls game (the first being the Morrowind expansion, Bloodmoon).

Other that that information about the expansion is scarce. What's got us most excited though, following on from last month's report, is that it looks pretty much guaranteed that we'll be taking to the skies on dragonback for at least part of our time in Solstheim; whether this will be on-rails or not remains unclear.

I bought Skyrim on PC the day it came out, and then I received it as a Christmas gift on XBOX like less than a month later. While I liked the idea of mods, I just didn't go there often, and honestly I've probably played Skyrim more on 360. I'd rather sit on a sofa with a controller in my hand than sit at a desk in front of a computer, which is where I'm always at anyway.
