A few newb-questions though:
*I have the quest now where I should infiltrate some party in Solitude I believe (the one Delphine gives), and my question is.. will it affect anything that I chose Stormcloaks instead of the Empire, because I've read about people getting attacked from different cities and such, just so the guards won't be hostile or anything.
*About the Butcher/Serial-killer in Windhelm, the things I've heard sounds really interesting, and I've read that the whole quest-line starts in the cemetery-part, but how do I actually start it? Like, when does it become available?
I read about a guy that said that he stumbled upon a secret passage in a house, that led to the murderers secret place, anyone that knows if such a place exist, and if so, where it is? :>

1)  Short answer, no.  If you've been hostile to any of the guests who'd normally be there, they won't be there.

2)  You have to enter Windhelm, then leave, go to another location, then return.  Do this four times and enter back at night and you'll see a group of townsfolk and a guard.

Goddamn, yesterday I saw in the start menu the number of dragons I have slain and now I can't find it today!!! Argh!!

This is definitely one of the best games I've played! I'm about level 20 or so right now and just finished the main storyline, but I still can see me playing this for a really long time.

I would say the best game I've ever played would be Fallout 3 closely followed by Oblivion, but I reckon Skyrim has the potential to pip them both for me  we'll see how it stands the test of time!

That, but tied with ME2.

Yeah, Fallout 3 and both Mass Effects are among my top 5.  Skyrim is much better than even a fully-modded Oblivion, though, imo.

You know what, Skyrim fuckin' sucks. You wanna know why? There are no paintbrushes. You know what that means? I can't make a gratuitous staircase of floating paintbrushes to the top of the Throat of the World.

So I got the "in my time of need" quest. But I can't find any Redguard woman in Whiterun. There's two of them, and it's neither. There's no guides on Gamefaqs that have information on this quest. Anyone have some ideas?

Go to the Bannered Mare, she is called Saadia and is a waitress there.
You should be able to find her.

Another newb-question for those who have gotten further in the game, I've finally arrived in Riften, and I did the quest to go down and find Esbern, now I'm supposed to escort him to Riverwood.
Is there an easy way to do it? Cause I honestly cba to run that distance, would probably take 2 hours or something. 
There's probably an easy option I've missed, if so.. what?
