For me Frontiers succeed when they leave bands to their own devices
This is probably where I am. I know I have a few Frontiers releases but I am not sure if any have wolfking's favorite songwriter on them.
When I started this thread I was a bit of a fanatic with what Frontiers were doing. While its true now leaving bands do their thing is the better product, the manufactured shit they are doing used to be good.
Allen/Lande, Sunstorm, Place Vendome, the Toby Hitchcock, Hardline, Find Me etc were all quality years ago. Frontiers got greedy and has just kept taking the concept too far and devaluing the idea of putting quality musicians together.
It would be intriguing to find the time to read through this whole thread to see the decline.
