Even aside from their songs , the job these guys are doing with the retro ideas/humour , audio/video production -not to mention the vocals - is pretty mindblowing. I am guessing these guys have money behind them and are just having some fun with it.

Unsurprisingly the new song borrows heavily from the past , but perhaps a bit too heavily from one song (I'll Fight Hell To Hold You by KISS).......but that happens to be one of my favourite 80s KISS songs , so they get a pass.

I am looking forward to a full album

Can’t remember if it was you or Brent that introduced me to them, but their s/t release is awesome. I should check out some more of their more current releases.

Anyone check out the Chalice of Sin album today? Solid. Very fucking solid. Better than Frontiers deserves.

Not sure I believe the hype from their initial PR ("The resulting album is a tremendous example of classic heavy metal sounds akin to Savatage, Crimson Glory, and Metal Church. An absolute must for all lovers of classic heavy metal music from the '80s/early '90s!"), but it's really an enjoyable listen so far.

Edit: I think this was one you guys shat on a few pages back (or maybe it was in the hard rock thread), but I don't care. I dig it... oh yeah, this was the one that inspired Tim's singing in the shower cover album.

Joking aside, I actually quite liked that! Liked the darkest tones and atmosphere of it. Probably the only song I've heard from them that I enjoyed.
