The return of Kane Roberts, albeit as a guest on this Maverick track. I like it, much better than the Frontiers fare of late. Nothing original or earthshaking, but at least they sound like a band. Great vocal from the Poodles singer too.

I remember reading that the band will be acting as Kane Roberts' backing band on a tour later in the year.  Decent stuff.

Pretty damn solid and lots of energy.  Never heard of this band before.

WE ARE THE YOUTH GONE WILD.

I definitely dig the style. I'll check out the album.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

The rules are somewhat looser when it comes to singles. If we both like the album though, then we can start worrying.

Speaking of which, I need to check out this Ted Poley now. :lol

The only thing I know about Ted Poley are those Sonic Adventure songs he did back in the late 90s/early 00s.  :lol

Oh shit, turns out he sang City Escape from Sonic Adventure 2. At first I thought you were getting confused with the dude from Hardline who sings for Crush 40. I know Paul Shortino sang something for one of those Sonic games too. :lol

Admittedly, I do confuse him with the Crush 40 guy but I've seen the end credits to those games so many times I knew he sang something on them. City Escape's a classic. A cheesy, cheesy classic.

I remember the feeling of wtf the first time I played that level and heard that music. :lol But I've grown to like it, along with the Crush 40 stuff.

I was a Sonic fanatic on all the master system and megadrive games but never played many of them on other formats so I can honestly say I've never played Sonic Adventure or heard any of the songs from it.  I should check them out.

I don't really care for the games, but I like some of the songs. This is probably my favourite.

Yeah, but it's pretty badass for an early 2000s platformer though. :lol

For sure.

But I always loved the amazing tunes for the old Sonic sega ones, the mega drive ones especially.

No way.  I think Sonic and Knuckles had the best music for me if I remember rightly.

I prefer the soundtracks on the first two games done by Nakamura slightly over the S3/K soundtrack, just a bit more consistent imo. But they're all killer.

I gotta put some time aside and play all these Sonic games again via the emulator soon, I'm feeling nostalgic.

Speaking of predictable - and I struggle to even think of them as "rock" these days - but a sample of the latest Bon Jovi crap
