Damn, the last 3 months of the year is getting more and more expensive.  Must have.

The setlist is good even though it's pretty pigeonholed with the selections.  Lots of new stuff, but the new one was impressive.  Dagger is a really nice inclusion but some Beleive stuff would have been nice.

I don't know though, that No Justice vid seems to lack a bit of energy.

I thought the same thing.  Will still be buying it though.  I can let you know how it is if you'd like.

I'll most probably buy it bro.  The end section picked up a bit though.

I love Harem Scarem and have a few live DVDs - fact is that they usually give a "rather be somewhere else" vibe in a live environment - especially Harry.

The two times I've seen them, were so different.  The first was their very first "reunion" show a little over 2 years ago - bar atmosphere with about 200-300 people.  The second was a warmup act over the labour day weekend that same summer before they went out to the UK.  The show was barely advertised at all, and there were like 50 people in this dive of a bar about 10 minutes from my house - and 30 of them were friends/family.  :lol

Darren is always a clown, and Pete puts an effort into things.  Harry seems to be hit and miss.

Yeah, I'll take that first, over a good stage presence/energy.  I'll take this over what Dokken does these days.

It's probably the same thing that goes missing when I listen to Saxon.

But it's ok, we forgive you, just like you forgive me.

D2 fans will be drooling over an upcoming album from The Defiants (Paul Laine, Bruno Ravel, Rob Marcello).

Basically Revolve era D2 with Laine on vox .......no Steve West though.

Yeah saw that. Should be good. No Steve West isn't too much of a loss. He's a basic drummer. When I saw D2 live I hardly noticed any fills at all.
It does beg the question why D2 are not keen on any mor erecording, especially as th elast one was a cracker.

I'll take it.  Agree with Paul though, D2 should have done another album, that last one was so brilliant.  Marcello is a beast too.

Hey seriously, I was on Bravewords a couple of months ago, and the referenced a late 80's band that I completely ignored, but they had a link to one of their songs, and for shits and giggles I clicked it, and was really surprised at how heavy it was, and meant to check them out at a later date.
Well, that later date has arrived and I completely forget what band it was.
