New Millennium simple?

For that matter, Disappear simple?
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

It's hard to define simple. I was basing my selection on the idea that a "simple" song is one that carries the same consistent sound throughout. Those songs do that, I think. Obviously there's lots of grey area.
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. G. Sertillanges

Is Caught in a Web simple?  If so, then it's my pick.
I wouldn't think so.

It's in the border, but instrumental section makes it complex.

I will include Burning My Soul here I don't like it as I used to anymore but many years ago it was my favorite song from FII I loved every second of it and it's definitely simple song.

I love it. Very easy on guitar. And Derek's solo is my favourite DT keyboard solo of all time.

Hard for me to label Disappear as 'simple', because the emotion it instills is so much greater than that.
