Hi,
I record and mix my own stuff. And I love using reverbs of course. I might have a few OK reverbs that came with Sonar 8, but the main one I turn to is the Waves Renaissance Verb.
I feel like I want to move away from this reverb though. I usually end up with a reverb sound that is too metallic, or too noisy when I use this one. I'm looking for some big, crystal clear verbs. I don't know what I'm looking for actually, but I feel like the RVerb that I'm using lacks a certain transparency.
So, to all of you that dabble in mixing... what Reverb plug-ins do you prefer, and perhaps more importantly, how do you use them?
