I'm finally downloading BF4, two days of learning how to build a PC and i'm finally done. Can't express the feeling I had just before I booted the PC, it's pretty hard to mess up but you still can't help thinking about all the diffrent thing's that potentially could go wrong and the money you invest in it to work. There's just alot of things to think about.

Ah well so far it runs like a charm.
What are the specs?

I'm waiting until I get the Xbox One before I get BF4. I want to play those large player maps/game modes!

Thx man, it's the freshest PC I invested in yet in terms of the most recent components. Yet it didn't hurt my wallet that much because I bought the components seperately during a 4 month period instead of buying everything at once like I used to do. The wait was killing me but it was worth it.

Pre-ordered the new Xbox One and BF4. Might go ahead and get the new Call of Duty just to have it and play it every once in a while. Hopefully this month hurries up so I can have this new generation stuff to play!

Just finished the campaign and it's was pretty good, nothing to spectacular but a fun playthrough. Must say the graphics is amazing, especially with everything on max.

After 2 days of playing Metro matches on the new DLC, I can safely say that 64 player Metro is still a lot of fun! Chaotic as all hell, but still fun

I won't play any of the new dlc(actually the game which I haven't played much at all the last couple of weeks)until the game's problems get fixed to a tolerable level. Regarding that, I can't wait to play Metro when I get it.

Other than the annoying sound bug that happens occasionally and funky tickrate/netcode I don't have a problem with BF4 as everyone else seem to have. I have mostly a smooth experience when I play. I do not play very much though.

There's been minor bugs here and there for me but nothing that has ruined the gameplay. I play daily.

Don't know if anyone cares anymore but Naval Strike DLC drops today and from what i've seen the maps looks gorgeous.

EDIT: Apparently the PC version has been delayed because of an issue.

Great, oh well, EA seems to have got it right with Titanfall since that game has been issue free for me.  The Naval Strike DLC did seem like it could be fun.

Naval Strike is actually pretty fun. The graphic and level design is top notch. 64 is messy though so I mostly stick with 32 or less servers.

I've tried the new maps for a few minutes each. Pretty but so far they don't do anything for me. Also it's a shame that the awesome titan mode from BF2142 has been reduced to what is called carrier assault today, I expected much more. Well, maybe they'll get their shit together for BF5, see you in October 2015. :lol

Battlefield 4 on PS4 was a total snooze fest.

Why? Just curious.  I would have that BF4 on PS4 would be a good experience, as close to the PC.

For the new maps, I got the download yesterday but I chose to play Titanfall instead.  Ill give the maps a try this weekend likely although now Im probably going to suck since Ive been in Titanfall mode for the past few weeks.

So I don't know if you guys have heard about the rumour of DICE hiding a giant shark (Megalodon) in some of their maps. The rumour have been circkling and entertained the BF community basically since release.

And now It actually have been found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-WladmrdNQ

Naw it's in the new DLC so I guess they decided to go along with the rumour. Pretty cool nevertheless.

Sure, but they could've just concentrated on fixing the lingering issues instead.

Here's something you might not have expected:

https://www.gamespot.com/articles/battlefield-hardline-video-leaks-online-shows-new-gameplay-footage/1100-6419910/

I wasnt aware there was going to be a battlefield spinoff like this.  Looks pretty cool.  I first thought hardline was going to be another expansion pack.  In a way, reminds me of counterstrike but with the BF engine and feel.

Wow things move rather quickly!

Battlefield: Hardline gameplay

Battlefield: Hardline live stream from E3

You can actually right now sign up for the BF:H beta and download it right at this moment. I think the server are a bit overloaded at the moment though, I tried myself but it's just freezes.

Well, I've requested Beta access. Let's see if a veteran of 1800+ hours of experience since BF2 gets a key. Then again I don't think Hardline is a very convincing concept as it's basically not much more than a modes mod and map pack of a game that still doesn't feel very complete eight months after its release. I'd love to see the BF series with a publisher that's taking their games, their developers, and their customers seriously. But obviously this will never happen with EA.

Greetings...

The respons i've heard from people that played from invites and the beta, it's a pretty positive attitude. Alot seem to feel that it very much feels like a BF game but with some refresing game modes and alternative game mechanics. It's a side step from the usual BF experience very much like the Bad Company series was.

I've sign up for the beta about 2 minutes after the announcement but have not gotten any invite yet. It's a random selection and your previous playtime dosen't matter.
