I like it more than the Green EP song.  Can't wait to hear the whole band version of it!

The Bitter Suite is the best them.
I imagined the story to go more like this.

I was sitting a traffic light blaring Space Dye Vest and next to me in another car was Kevin Moore. And I'll never be open again.

It really is.

Me: "How?"

Send in some chiptune stuff.  It'll be so different from what everyone else will send that Casey will HAVE to use it in a video!

EDIT: Big thanks to ZeppelinDT for putting up that video!  Forgot to thank him earlier.  I apologize for my atrocious manners.

There's probably some kind of open source drum machine software somewhere, right?

So last night was the night before my Chemistry and World History exams.

Instead of studying, I was perfecting my song to send in to Casey  :D  :-\

It's really good, though, I think it has a great shot at getting in.

Lol... he didn't... but my friend Eric decided to bring out a couple of my swords and he definitely got a kick out of those.  This is Casey and Eric at some time around 2:30 am when we were really starting to get tired and silly -

Well... it ended up getting rescheduled at the last minute, so we ended up having to ditch the "surprise" idea.  She was still super excited when she found out, and was pretty happy when it actually happened.  Let's just say I was definitely... well thanked...

Got some more pretty awesome pics from the night:

damn, some hot The Dear Hunter fans there. Do any of them have any hot friends, like, that come to Minnesota?

by the way, speaking of Birthdays, yesterday was Casey's 27th.

The Dear Hunter might be my best discovery for the year (I'm usually a year behind on these things).  I'm really looking forward to the new album whenever it comes out.

Lol... we were actually talking about Minnesota with Casey... specifically... the accents.  He was making fun of our Long Island accents, and the topic then somehow turned to Boston and Minnesota accents.  Unfortunately, however, that's pretty much the full extent of knowledge that any of us have about Minnesota.

not surprising. When bands give a projected time when they think they'll release something, it's usually a better bet it'll come out a month or 2 after it. You read Casey's twitter posts, and they still have a fair amount of work left to finish.

I had never listened to this band before, so I did a search on Youtube and listened to the first song that came up: Red Hands. Excellent song, and I'd like more. But don't tell me just to listen to all of Act 1, 2, or 3 because I can tell you right now I'm probably not going to do that yet. Recommend me 3 or 4 more individual songs to get me started first.
