Anybody have a Sansa clip mp3 player? (I need help!)
« on: October 21, 2011, 03:02:41 PM »
So my wife brought one home, and I've installed hundreds of mp3 players on the pc, and I just can't get this one to get recognized by my pc. It came with a cd, but all it did was install Rhapsody on my pc. I went to Sansa's website, but the drivers they have there don't seem to do anything for me. They have tech support, but they want $38 to help me figure this out. Does anyone know what I have to do to get this thing working???

I have one, and my computer recognizes it just as it would a flash drive. Didn't have to install anything or do anything special.

Mine must be defective then. I think I'll get it replaced. Thanks!
