My best friend and I are both parting ways with our current bands to form a new one. He plays bass, I play guitar. We both can sing at the same time. I can also play a little piano, and I have some recording capabilities and knowhow.
We both live in Sussex County, New Jersey. We have good chemistry when in a band together. We've played in 2 bands together in years past. We are both 24.
We need a drummer to play with though. Not too too concerned about age.

We are looking to write a variety of different sounding tunes. My friend is sick of playing jam music all the time, and I love to experiment with different genres.
I hang around here so you can kind of guess what I really enjoy:
Prog-metal. old prog. metal. but I also want to do a fair number of poppy tunes as well.
My friend's key influences are Primus, Sublime, Victor Wooten, Stone Temple Pilots, Led Zepplin, and some others.
We'll do some cover tunes I'm sure... especially if you really want to.
