Wow. I feel like a DT noob compared to most people here  :blush

1x Jiffy Lube Live (Opening for Iron Maiden), Bristow VA
1x Warner Theatre, Washington DC

Soon to be a second at Warner Theatre in Washington DC, this time with a Meet and Greet Ticket though

Just amazing.  DT should count their lucky stars that some of their fans are at this level of unconditional cult worship.

grew up in Boston area.  Moved to Southern Cal after college.  Provindence shows:

Fix for '96

Lupo's WHJY birthday party (FII pre-show) featuring first ever live performances of New Millenium, Hollow Years and album version of Burning My Soul.

Would have been 3x in providence, my friends invited me to the '95 Change of Seasons leg, but I had to pass on opportunity because I was preparing for my first college film shoot the next day.

Caught LTE and Transatlantic in Cali, but never made it out for a DT show.

Me too!
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. Shoulda done what I did and arrived 4 hours early...
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces
