They all end in "e"
This is as exciting as superluminal neutrinos. The sexy thing is that this actually exists :D

I think it was the tenth readthrough before I saw that.

Ok

In The Presence Of Enemies
Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence

I'll get the ball rolling...

in, inner and under...all have to do with something/someone being somewhere.

Nope, it's more subtle than that.

ok, I've noticed views are going up, but no replies. Therefore I shall provide a hint.

It's less what do the songs have so much as what they all don't have with most do.

Sorry, that should read: what they don't have WHICH most do. Sorry, typo.

ok: another clue. Think of Wither, Home or Peruvian Skies. What do they have which ITPOE, UAGM and SDOIT notably don't have?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict it is NOT lyrics-related, as I just can't see a connection.

If I get it, marion, you can have my turn.

All songs rhyme in a similar way in their last line(s)

Looking through her eyes
Tell me all your feeling inside
As our children die

Sample Using in all three:
1. "The fucking regrets" part
2. "I know all about the honor of God, Mary Jane" part
3. 9/11 News report in the intro

TOWHTSTS and TSF have bass harmonics, but I doubt Another day has. Other than that there's nothing similar about them that I know...
