Move the music discussion board to General!
« on: June 30, 2009, 09:38:10 AM »
Clearly, there are a lot of musicians on DTF, but barely anyone at all posts in the musician's forum and I think it's partly because it is located all the way at the bottom and nobody ever sees it.

Would it be possible to move it up by Music Discussion? I think the board would get a lot more traffic there.

I agree. Most of the time I forget we even have a musician's forum, tucked all the way down there. It's like the forum's shoes, and I forget we're even wearing shoes. I think we're going bare foot through a field of cotton, but then I remember "Oh! We're wearing shoes, so it's safe to frolic freely!".
We should move the sub forum to be the forum's mittens, because then we'll never forget that we have warm hands.

Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

Epic.

But, I agree. The musician's forum is kind of hidden, and considering what would be the bottom if it was shifted up a little bit, the archive, it would make sense to move it. (Who really goes to the archive anyway?)
Orion....that's the one with a bunch of power chords and boringly harsh vocals, isn't it?

It took me months to first discover it; I definitely agree that it should be bumped higher.

Done.  I'm not sure this will help increase the traffic in that section, but done anyway.
