bosky appreciation
« on: September 15, 2011, 05:06:51 PM »
After reading through the thread about Christian bashing (and how the majority of us manage to get along despite strong, opposing opinion), it reminded me how the focus on peacefulness that Bosk keeps in check here is a key to us having great discussions.

I know he spends endless volunteer hours devoted to this site and keeps a great sense of humor in the midst of it all.
Personally, I love this place and love spending time here, and just want to appreciate his hard work.

feel free to appreciate, and in so doing earn some bosk brownie points

Bosk catches way too much shit. Seriously. I couldn't do what he does, and he does his job well.

Appreciates. Bosk is just doing his job, and sometimes his job calls to put people in their place and crack down to keep major arguments from happening, the community would be in shambles if it weren't for Bosk and the other mods.

bosk is great!
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. Dude, I told you I'd be willing to distract Colin if you wanted to deck him and take his pass.

Oh.  Maybe that's why Neal Morse wanted to beat me up.  It all makes sense now.

You might think that, until you're in the situation.  All I could think was, "suddenly I'm frightened for my life."

I love Neal Morse; I'm a big fan. Don't get me wrong. But he doesn't look like someone who could put up much of a fight.

Well, if he practices his faith and turns the other cheek, you shouldn't really have a hard time beating someone who won't fight back.

I was only giving you a compliment.

Also, Star Wars is great, and hence, even if you weren't the  admin and mod of this fine place, I'd still hypothetically view you as a great person for liking Star Wars.
